  • Oversaw content creation and management for a 3,000 page undergraduate website with 1,800,000 visits annually.

  • Led effort to create and update 250+ faculty web profiles, which involved designing a standard operating procedure for collecting profile information from faculty, providing editorial recommendations for brand alignment, and providing official photography.

  • Created an online courses email marketing campaign that generated a 67% open rate and a 55% click-through rate, and a registration landing page that yielded a 48% conversion rate.

  • Optimized an email campaign to drive deeper engagement and affinity with the brand among donors, which resulted in an 88% increase in CTR.

  • Designed an internship training program that successfully integrated a team of four interns into day-to-day digital marketing operations.

  • Grew web monthly active users by 65% and sessions by 49% year over year by optimizing lead-generation email campaigns.
